A reminder to always put yourself first and walk away from toxic those relationships! Hold yourself close - other things can wait.
When I look at couples, I used to decipher that when the girl felt weaker, her guy was there to hold her.
I thought it’s the same and support will always be there for you, little did I know, if you show a little weakness, they leave,
Don’t care a lot, don’t miss a lot,
Oh dear control your emotions, don’t talk a lot, don’t pray a lot,
Oh dear it’s all an illusion,
Always be there for yourself, and you will find the love you need, don’t expect and don’t inspect because it’s only greed.
The best thing you can do is to be selfish and let them call you selfish, be the only fish in your pond and be the eyesore they dish,
It’s easier said than done but learn to live some more, other things can wait and wait don’t spoil yourself anymore!
A boy dear can come and go what stays is your life, it is and never have been your destiny to just be someone’s wife.
Don’t let those movies fool you, it’s not easy being married, don’t let anyone choose your husband, oh little one, don’t get carried away,
It’s your life and has always been, so be kind to it, don’t just sit there and waste yourself, those relationships are not legit
No one will come to be accountable for you, no matter how much obedience you show,
No matter how good you are, you’ll be labelled a skank anyhow!
When the time is right, you will know, please go and focus on YOU, what matters and what’s left in the end is either crying or a happy YOU!
PS: Stay focussed, stay true, do what you love and just LIVE

UP Boards Topper Prachi Nigam was trolled on social media for her facial hair; our obsession with appearance is harsh on young minds.
Prachi Nigam’s photo has been doing the rounds on social media for the right reasons. Well, scratch that- I wish the above statement were true. This 15-year-old girl should ideally be revelling in her spectacular achievement of scoring a whopping 98.05% and topping her tenth-grade boards. But oddly enough, along with her marks, it’s something else that garners more attention – her facial hair.
While the trolls are driving themselves giddy by mocking this girl who hasn’t even completed her school yet, the ones who are taking her side are going one step ahead – they are sharing her photoshopped pictures, sans the facial hair, looking nothing less than a celebrity with captions saying – “Prachi Nigam, ten years later”.
Doctors have already diagnosed her with PCOD in their comments, based on photographic evidence. While we have names for people shamed for their weight – body shaming, for their skin colour- racism, for their age- age shaming, for being a female- sexism, this category of shaming where one faces criticism for their appearance has no name. With that, it also has zero shame attached to it.
