Nowadays, many pregnant women attend prenatal yoga class in order to stay fit and flexible during their entire pregnancy and also to have a smooth labour. But once the baby is born, the yoga mats are rolled into the wardrobe, all social interactions are lost with other mums – thus a new life starts with the baby.
