Creating entrepreneurs out of dreamers is Sonia Manchanda’s passion. Find out more about her labour of love – Dream:IN, here!
In a country of 1.2 billion people, it’s safe to say there is no shortage of dreams. We’ve all caught ourselves dreaming. Whether it’s about starting our own businesses or taking up an unorthodox career path – we’ve all dreamt of possibilities. Sometimes, these dreams have seemed outlandish to people around us. But dreams do come true. And if we want to make more of them come true, how do we do that?
Here is a conversation with one woman who is facilitating a means of turning dreams into realities. She is Sonia Manchanda of Dream:IN.
In a conversation with Lakshmi Rebecca, Sonia says, “We decided to look at people’s aspirations instead of just their needs, which allows us to work with them and not for them.” In the video below, she elaborates how she is helping people actualize their start up dreams.
Dream: IN is a non-profit that is encouraging Indians to dream and by doing so, is creating entrepreneurs in India.
