Aparna has over 16 years of experience as a Marketer in large global organizations and as an entrepreneur. She bootstrapped and crowd-funded Women’s Web, bringing a thousand contributors and millions of readers on board. She is passionate about the power of conversations to create change.
Anju Jayaram – Partner & CMO
Anju is the hustler on the Women’s Web team with a constant flow of ideas. She comes from a strong brand management background and has been at the helm of product launches, brand building and events. She is a traveler and writer who is not afraid of reinventing herself.
Jyotishree Mohanty – Digital Marketing Associate
‘Jo’ Is an explorer at heart who constantly tries to learn and do something new each day. Her role at Women’s Web beckons her to be on high alert all the time but she feels that learning doesn’t get better & faster than this!
Sandhya Renukamba – Community Manager & Editor
Doctor turned writer and one of the earliest contributors to Women’s Web, Sandhya lives in a house full of books, and has been published at various prestigious publications, both mainstream and alternative. A Grammar Nazi who considers herself fortunate to work everyday with a host of talented writers.

Having the academic qualifications of an engineer, she is more of a wanderer at heart. Exploring people, places and experiences life offers is what she loves most. Getting started as a contributor at Women’s Web.
All contributor applications usually receive a response within 2-3 working days. If you haven’t heard back from us, it usually means you have not validated the email address that you applied from. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well for a validation email from us, and click on the link there to validate your address first.
Most submitted posts are reviewed within 10 days of submission. However, at times, there may be an unusually large number of posts from authors, due to which posts are queued over a longer time. Rest assured, an editor will either schedule your post or get back to you if there are any issues with your post.
The Women’s Web team is always on the lookout for interesting stories to cover. However, we receive a host of requests each day and can only take up a few. Please email your request for coverage to email@example.com and IF it fits what we are looking for at present, a team member will get in touch.
