Bhumi Pednekar – A Self-Made Inspiration

Known for taking up off-beat roles that challenge societal stereotypes, #BhumiPednekar has come a long way from being the assistant casting director at Yash Raj Films to being an inspiration to many. Her recently released #SaandKiAankh with #Taapsee Pannu celebrates female friendships, especially of older women. It is a biopic of Prakashi and Chandro Tomar, India’s “shooter dadis.”
