Thousands of women return to work after a career break, charged up to succeed, to follow their dreams, to do the work they love, and take their organisations along to greater heights! It’s time to #BustAMyth – let’s break the notion that women who have taken a career break are less ambitious or committed to their work. Let’s share the stories of women who have returned to work with big dreams of their own – we have a big talent pool ready to go, and it’s time to celebrate it!
