Whether it is a good hair or a bad hair day, here are 4 quick and easy hairstyles that will have you rushing out of the door in literally seconds.
Every morning for a few minutes, I step into this fantasy world where I have two things that I truly have no chance of having anytime in the near future – a walk-in closet and a whole lot of time on my hands. No matter what time I set my alarm to or how early I wake up, my mornings are always hectic as I prepare to get ready for the day. If I did have all that time on my hands, I would definitely try to catch up on my reading or important emails while comfortably sitting at my hairdresser’s. Unfortunately, I neither have the time nor money to get pampered at fancy hair appointments every morning. But that doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice on style. Here are 4 quick and easy hairstyles for work that will always come to your rescue without the necessity of any heating tools or too many hair products either.
Step 1: Pull your hair into a high ponytail and place a headband a few inches away from your hairline.
Step 2: Twist your pony into a bun and keep twisting and pinning with bobby pins as you go. You could secure it with an elastic band as well
Step 3: Use the handle of your comb to gently and carefully lift the section of hair between your headband and bun to give it a little volume.
Step 4: Add some hair spray to keep the hair in place and flatten any baby hair that you might have and you are good to go!
Step 1: If you are tired of simply tying your hair into a regular pony then this one is for you! Pull the hair above your ears into a half-up half-down pony.
Step 2: Make a pony out of the remaining hair as well
Step 3: Tease the hair from the top ponytail so that it gives some fullness and seems like one, and you are good to go!
Step 1: This works best on hair that has a bit of texture. So if you don’t have time to wash your hair in the morning, fret not! Just pull your hair into a half up, half down style. Leave a few strands in the front to frame your face.
Step 2: Take the bottom part of the pony. With your finger create a little hole just above the band and loop your hair through it.
Step 3: Adjust your hair; add hairspray and you are good to go!
Step 1: This is a perfect no nonsense braided look. Make a low ponytail of your hair, tie it up and then braid it adding another elastic at the end.
Step 2: Wrap the braid around the base of your ponytail like how you would make a bun and secure the ends with bobby pins.
Step 3: Add some hair spray to lock in the style and you are set!

Are we so swayed by star power and the 'entertainment' quotient of cinema that satisfies our carnal instincts that we choose to ignore our own subconscious mind which always knows what is right and what is wrong?
Trigger Warning: This has graphic descriptions of violence and may be triggering to survivors and victims of violence.
Do you remember your first exposure to an extremely violent act or the aftermath of a violent act?
I am pretty sure for most of us it would be through cinema. But I remember very vividly my first exposure to aftermath of an unbelievably grotesque violent act in real life. It was as a student at a Dental College and Hospital.
It is high time that women truly understood their worth and place in society, and rightfully claimed it for their own good.
Albert Einstein pretty much nailed it when he said, “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the universe.”
The crazy-haired genius was being eloquent about a facet of human nature that doesn’t really deserve that sort of consideration.
As an extension of this strange predilection, it’s in our nature to put things in their place and most people, in particular, simply cannot resist putting a woman in her place.
