Usha has over 28 years of experience in ensuring profitability through efficient operations and direct sales, data center operations, client management, user training, customer care management, procurement, installation and Infrastructure planning.
Her experience spans several industries which include IT education, Telecom, Tech support BPO, Accounting KPO, Holidays and leisure and Consulting. With over twenty two years of partnering brands and business in India, with the WPP group, Babita Baruah has worked across categories on leading brands, such as Godrej, Aditya Birla Capital, Kotak Mahindra, De Beers, Unilever, Kellogg’s, Reliance Big 92.7 FM, Nestle, Nokia, PepsiCo and Ford.
She believe in and actively leads collaboration and digital transformation with ecosystem partners. A regular speaker at industry forums and management institutions, Babita is closely involved in diversity initiatives and mentoring women at work.
