Your habit of gulping down cans of diet soda may lead to some serious trouble. Just because diet soda doesn’t have calories that doesn’t mean it’s good for you.
While many people have given up sugary drinks in an effort to be healthy, the habit of drinking diet soda is widely popular because of the zero calorie tag. Aspartame tricks the body to release insulin which sends the body into the fat storage mode. Hence contrary to common belief, diet soda does not aid weight loss.
