It is not inclusion if from approximately 70 million people living with disabilities in India, only about 0.1 million have succeeded in getting employment. Yes, significant strides have been made towards understanding disability at a basic level, but there’s a lot more to do.

Join us at Embracing All Abilities: Including People with Disabilities at Work, which we are hosting in association with Randstad India and Randstad Risesmart. In this event, we will launch a compelling study that draws on the experiences and expertise of HR leaders and D&I champions. Further, through this event we open for a platform to discuss with community members, leaders and inclusion experts how to bring on board this diverse human talent which offers such potential for individual as well as organizational growth.

The virtual event will be held on February 7th 2023; 4 PM to 6 PM IST.

If you are a D&I or HR leader, at this event you will get an insight into what steps to take to ensure that job roles are created to empower and enable individuals with disabilities.
As a D&I champion and community member, this will be a platform for you to discuss at length how disability can manifest (chronic conditions, age-related disability, invisible disability) that will improve our own understanding of disability, and also use that knowledge to create a more inclusive culture that focuses on strengths and capabilities that can empower and enable success for everyone, regardless of personal visible or invisible barriers.
And as a policy maker, your insights on what more can organizations do to bridge the gap between policies and action, will enable organizations to create an environment of inclusion that goes beyond just policy making to accountability and actions.
