Growing your business isn’t easy, but the challenges push us to do better! Growing beyond A Micro Business is a growth-focused event for women entrepreneurs. 

Hundreds of Indian women of all ages, with different industry backgrounds and in small as well as large cities, are turning Entrepreneur – something to celebrate indeed!

The majority of women-owned businesses are micro-businesses with revenues of under Rs.10 lakh and between 1-5 employees. While this is a great start, many women are also hungry to grow larger – not just in terms of making monies, but also hungry to serve more customers, go to more geographical locations, offer employment to more people – or simply, have the satisfaction of your great idea touching many more people.

As entrepreneurs, we often fall into the inertia of managing day-to-day tasks. This event is meant to push you beyond your comfort zone, and accelerate your growth in the year ahead.

• Key challenges to growing your business, and how to overcome them (Internal/mindset challenges vs External/market related hurdles)
• Learning from the group’s experiences of growing a business under a resource crunch
• Practical challenges that micro businesses face, and making the right decisions on key growth drivers such as funding & hiring (learn from the experiences of entrepreneurs who have crossed the micro business stage)

The event will consist of a learning experience/workshop facilitated by an industry expert familiar with the challenges of SME owners, followed by an energising panel discussion where we learn from the experiences of entrepreneurs who have broken barriers and made the journey successfully!
