A Creative Writer by choice and an IT person by profession, Shruti likes to make use of her writings to reach more and more people & help make a difference to the way society has been thinking and acting. कभी सूरज की कड़कन से आँख-मिचोली खेलते, पढ़ाई में ध्यान लग भी जाता था, शॉल को टेंट बनाते-बनाते सारा समय निकल जाता था।
माँ के निश्छल प्रेम को दर्शाती एक कविता
"अग्नि रूपी चमक जितनी कंगन और श्रृंगार में है, उतना ही ज़ोर आज इनके आत्मविश्वास की धार में है" - सिमित दायरों में बंधी नारी की आशाओं और आत्मविश्वास का एक परिचय।
ये कविता एक माँ और एक बेटी के पावन रिश्ते को समर्पित है। इस बेटी की अपनी माँ से बस इतनी दुआ है- "जो रिश्ता तुम्हारे अंदर शुरू हुआ था, उस पर विश्वास बनाए रखो तो मैं हार कहाँ मानूँ।"
"आओ मिल कर इक नए समाज का, नया त्योहार मनाते हैं।" हमारे त्योहारों में छुपा है एक जीवन सन्देश-ये कविता एक प्रयास है उस सन्देश को समझ कर जीने का।
