I am independent consultant with more than 10 years of recruiting, program management experience in multinational organisations like Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Broadcom where I have recruited engineers across global locations and set up teams for engineering functions. I took a conscious decision in 2014 to join the social sector and joined Azim Premji Foundation to strengthen their recruitment programs - Campus & Fellowship at India level. Today I work social enterprises based in Bangalore in their recruiting strategies. I also run an online community of consultants/freelancers, entrepreneurs working in the social space and nonprofit administrators.
