Tech is both the present and the future. Why not do some of these IT certification courses early in your career to give you a firm foothold?
Looking to build a career in the field of technology? With the likes of Internet of Things and ChatGPT making waves and so much more to come, tech will possibly slowly take over requisite skills for employability. It makes sense to go in for various kinds of IT certification courses like the list we have here for you, early in your career.
This is especially important if you are a woman.
Women are not given many opportunities or higher positions in tech related to STEM fields as well, because women in our patriarchal society are not seen as rational individuals, but more emotional beings, hence incapable of handling the ‘challenges’ in the field.
Fewer women hence choose STEM subjects and go into the professional fields compared to men, even in 2023. But focused IT certification courses will certainly give them a foothold in the future we can see ahead.
Also, having more number of women at the table will allow the advancement of diverse perspectives in building of that particular product or software, which will also cater better to the needs and interests of the women consumers.
The 2023 theme for International women’s day is ‘DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality’ to empower and encourage young girls and women in the field of technology and also to explore the impact of the digital gender gap.
Moreover, doing a few technological certification courses might prove to be beneficial for your career, not only in the tech field but any other domain as well.
So here are 7 key top IT certifications that will give a kickstart to your early tech career.
This exclusive article will give you relevant details about the top IT certifications in demand today, that you can go for early in your career or for upskilling to match career requirements.

UP Boards Topper Prachi Nigam was trolled on social media for her facial hair; our obsession with appearance is harsh on young minds.
Prachi Nigam’s photo has been doing the rounds on social media for the right reasons. Well, scratch that- I wish the above statement were true. This 15-year-old girl should ideally be revelling in her spectacular achievement of scoring a whopping 98.05% and topping her tenth-grade boards. But oddly enough, along with her marks, it’s something else that garners more attention – her facial hair.
While the trolls are driving themselves giddy by mocking this girl who hasn’t even completed her school yet, the ones who are taking her side are going one step ahead – they are sharing her photoshopped pictures, sans the facial hair, looking nothing less than a celebrity with captions saying – “Prachi Nigam, ten years later”.
Doctors have already diagnosed her with PCOD in their comments, based on photographic evidence. While we have names for people shamed for their weight – body shaming, for their skin colour- racism, for their age- age shaming, for being a female- sexism, this category of shaming where one faces criticism for their appearance has no name. With that, it also has zero shame attached to it.
