Eating healthy doesn’t have to be bland and boring. Just check out Cheelu Chandran’s range of keto foods, snacks and desserts.
I am a keto cook and lifestyle consultant. I help people lead a healthier life nutritionally. I hold Tasting Sessions every month to raise awareness of a healthier way of eating and living. In these meets, I want to create a sense of community and sharing of real life inspirational stories.
I also make and sell products like Apple Cider Vinegar, Kombucha and Breads made from Almond and peanut flours. and various nut butters. I plan to extend my range of products with time. I am currently creating and converting a whole range of food items, things that we eat every day, including desserts and make it keto friendly and truly healthy.
Psychotherapist Cheelu Chandran was at the peak of her fitness in 2013 when she suffered a stroke which left her paralyzed on the right side. After a long period of recovery and after going through many diets she discovered the benefits of ketogenic eating. After availing the benefits of this healthy diet she wanted to share its benefits leading to her starting her business.
People simply love the food that she cooks, with special mention of kombucha and her desserts and breads. Cheelu says she puts a lot of effort and heart into her food and people can sense the happy energies in them.

I'll be 43 soon and yes, I almost gave in to my conditioning and asked myself- what did I do wrong? Did I lead him on? But not any more.
This wasn’t the first time something like this has happened, and I have a feeling that this won’t be the last either!
So on May 12th, I ran into this man. I was waiting for something and it was raining. He seemed decent and we got talking. About work.
I realised that his company could actually do some work for my NGO and we exchanged numbers. After that we talked about general stuff on WhatsApp sometimes, and he connected me to some others for the work I had in mind.
To think that money can buy you anything is as wrong as singling a woman out after her divorce because the world feels she got overcompensated.
A lot of people are attracted to money and that’s not a bad thing. Which is also why everyone talks about money and the rich. The rich always make the headlines.
The rich, also, get upset when their personal lives are talked about, and rightly so. They have all the right to privacy.
Time moves on. However, people do not.
