“You made all the efforts. You are close to perfect cube, but the last few pieces don’t seem to comply”.
I am a messy-messy puzzle
Too many colors to me,
The side that you see
Makes you see a face of me.
You try to solve me layer by layer,
Putting pieces in their places,
Starting from the middle ones,
Reaching slowly to the edges.
You made all the efforts.
You are close to perfect cube,
But the last few pieces
Don’t seem to comply.
I pull out the pieces every time,
And put where it seems to belong.
Now the string to the core is broken,
But it seems perfect to you.

Menopause is a reality in women's lives, so Indian workplaces need to gear up and address women's menopausal needs.
Picture this: A seasoned executive at the peak of her career suddenly grapples with hot flashes and sleep disturbances during important meetings. She also battles mood swings and cognitive changes, affecting her productivity and confidence. Eventually, she resigns from her job.

Menopause is the time when a woman stops menstruating. This natural condition marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years. The transition brings unique physical, emotional, and psychological changes for women.
