I am the founder of two entrepreneurial ventures – Rian Placements (an executive search firm) and Crafts Nook (a handicraft platform).

I am also a speaker on the topic “transcend emotional barriers” which are group women oriented sessions that help women in corporate etc to create harmony at the home front in order to enhance work front productivity.

My initiatives ICube & ImpactME are targeted towards elevating the status of women at both the home and work front. I–Cube is an endeavour to help women, at the work or home front, overcome emotional obstacles and enhance their productivity and creativity.I-Cube stands for interact, ideate and implement and we strongly believe that every day is an opportunity to learn & evolve. We promote transparent & open interactions in women groups which facilitate better interaction among co-workers; leads to more ideas on supporting each other which ultimately transcends to mutual assistance to help implement the process of self-evolution. A woman, who believes in herself and in her ability to create and lead change, is a powerful medium that can influence other women around her. This is the ideology & basic tenet behind I-Cube & ImpactME.
